The Little Prince

These theoretical designs were for a Costume Design Studio Class. My foundational idea for this design, drawn from the real life of The Little Prince Author, Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. I imagined that the Aviator (or Narrator) was using the story of The Little Prince as a distraction that he used to cope with the traumas of being a fighter pilot during the Second World War, making symbolic characters such as the Fox and the Rose out of real people and relationships from his past.
